How well did I work with others?

Lead up to the event:
When planning an event it is easy to get complacent or allow other life commitments get in the way of attending meetings or completing tasks at a haste speed. Going into this project I knew that time management would be an issue and that other things like work would get in the way of me attending every meeting. Therefore, I had to be really transparent to my team members and inform them of any absences in advance with a promise to catch up with the content available online and communicate effectively. I believe that throughout this project I was able to deliver on these promises as I kept up to date with WhatsApp communication and online content.
The event:
Within the event itself, I had to be able to work effectively in a team as I was a co-host with another individual. This meant that we had to understand each others strengths and weaknesses and dominate on who would say what and when they would say it.

After the event:
After the event I found the team morale really inspiring and helpful, we all did what we could to support our fellow team-mates in completing their award.
